Middle Eastern Dance

• Middle Eastern dance or raks sharki is a "people's" dance, created by women for their own entertainment. Like most art forms, raks sharki is constantly evolving.
• My goal is to embrace this evolution while retaining the dance genre's traditional roots.
  
  
• My classes emphasize using the body's natural structure and using this organic structure in dance improves grace, flexibility, strength and poise.
  
  
• People of all ages are able to experience the joy of dance while moving to the beautiful music and rhythms of the Middle East
